Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 5 - Bruny Lighthouse

Cape Bruny was the 4th lighthouse to be built in Australia. It was built by convicts from 1836 - 1838 with supplies landing at nearby Jetty Beach. The original 13m high tower had 13 whale oil lamps with reflectors. The modern day light is visible for 48km.
